Privacy policy
Effective November 6, 2026
Joshua's Friends for Exceptional Families Inc. respects your privacy. This page explains what information our website collects, how we use it, and the choices you have.
When you send us a message
Our contact form asks for your name, email address and message, and you can add a phone number. We send it by email to info@joshuasfriends.org and use it only to reply to you. We never sell, rent or share it.
To stop spam, we briefly keep a record of the internet address a message came from and how many messages it has sent. We don’t use it for anything else.
When you give
Online gifts are processed by Square. We never see or store your card number. Square handles your payment information under its own privacy policy, and we receive the details we need to thank you and send a receipt.
Cookies and tracking
We don’t currently use advertising or tracking cookies, and we never sell information to anyone. The only cookie on this site keeps staff signed in to the page they use to update events.
If we add a tool such as Google Analytics to learn how people use our site, we will update this page first to say what it collects and how you can opt out.
Like most websites, our hosting provider, Cloudflare, keeps basic technical records, such as internet addresses, to keep the site running and secure.
Other websites
Our site links to Facebook, Square, Google Maps and others. Those sites have their own privacy policies, which apply when you visit them.
Children
Our website is meant for parents, caregivers and supporters. It isn’t aimed at children under 13, and we don’t knowingly collect their information. If you believe a child has sent us information, contact us and we will delete it.
Your choices
You can ask us what information we have from you, or ask us to correct or delete it. Email info@joshuasfriends.org or call (270) 734-2069.
Changes
If we change this policy, we will post the new version here with a new effective date.
